Your order will take around 2-7 working days (depending on your location) to arrive to your door after being dispatched. Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a custom size guide in the product detailing for our collar and bowl collections with size varieties which we invite you to take a look at before making a purchase. When possible, please contact us if in doubt regarding which size to select.
In the unfortunate case of a sizing issue however, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your product at customercare@canisstellar.com. While as a rule we do not accept returns in such cases, we know sizing can be difficult to get just right, and we are always ready to assist you when we can.
