A collar fashioned with a dual layer of genuine high-quality leather for exceptional durability, careful embossing of intricate constellations artwork, and inner padding along the entire inner layer. We designed this collar to be both elegant and comfortable for your four-legged best friend.

Comes with a matching leather dog tag to be personalized with your dog’s name on the front, and your name/address on the back.

We offer international worldwide shipping with all orders delivered using Express Shipping services. Your order will take around 2-7 working days (depending on your location) to arrive to your door after being dispatched. Please note our worldwide Express Shipping Service may experience some delay due to Covid19's impact on global transport.

Delivery costs depend on the total value of your order, and shipping destination.
• For order value under 155 CHF, a flat shipping rate ranging from 10-30 CHF is charged depending on destination for Express Shipping services.
• For an order value of over 155 CHF Express Shipping service is free.

Returns and Exchanges:
We endeavor to only offer goods which meet the highest quality requirements, however in case your product arrives in a faulty or damaged condition please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your product at customercare@canisstellar.com so we can help assist you.


Sizing:
We offer a custom size guide in the product detailing for our collar and bowl collections with size varieties which we invite you to take a look at before making a purchase. When possible, please contact us if in doubt regarding which size to select.
In the unfortunate case of a sizing issue however, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your product at customercare@canisstellar.com. While as a rule we do not accept returns in such cases, we know sizing can be difficult to get just right, and we are always ready to assist you when we can.

Collar & Bowl Size Guide

 

For the perfect collar, we suggest taking your four-legged companion’s neck diameter right behind the ears and then adding 1cm (0.4inches) to get the correct neck measurements. Then compare this measurement with our collar size specifications.
